Returns

Because our products are handmade and sold as ready-made, one-of-a-kind items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
